In a landscape where maternal health disparities remain a critical reality across our country and state, having a trained, dedicated advocate is essential. As a comprehensively trained and deeply committed birth doula, I provide evidence-based, grounded care designed to anchor you. From prenatal preparation to the labor and birth room, my goal is to protect your peace, honor your autonomy, and ensure you feel safe, confident, informed, and fiercely supported every step of the way.

- Up to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care and attention
- 1 postpartum follow-up visit to debrief your birth experience and assist with the initial postpartum transition.
- 6 weeks of postpartum support phone, text and email.
